Ready To Use formulations refer to our range of Super concentrated release agents and Water free release agents, ready to be applied directly through conventional or special die heads.
This technology increases productivity and reduces consumption in the casting of complex parts (engine blocks, structural parts) and in the use of new Aluminum and Magnesium alloys.

The Ready To Use technology allows film generation at high die temperatures, above 300 – 320°C, as the Leidenfrost effect does not exist.
With less thermal shock, the lifetime of the die is increased. Release agents with Ready To Use technology do not provide cooling and the mold temperature does not drop drastically, avoiding the appearance of cracks on the surface due to shrinkage/expansion.
Our technical solutions with Ready To Use technology have a higher adhesion capacity to the mold.
When working with Ready To Use technologies, the amount of product applied is less than usual, its lubrication capacity is greater and therefore the probability of suffering welding problems is reduced.
